I'm Michelle Smith, investigator and researcher for Alabama Paranormal
Research Team. I have a B.A. from Auburn University in Criminal Justice and
Criminology. I love travelling, cooking, painting, writing, and researching. I love
spending time with my family more than anything, but I do have one hobby you
don't hear many say. I love ghost hunting.
It seems like I've had an interest in the paranormal since I was about nine years
old, or perhaps it had an interest in me. Every home I've lived in has had its fair
share of ghosts or poltergeists. I think if you ask anyone who has an interest in
paranormal research, they've all had experiences almost their whole life. It left
me wanting answers to what I feared so badly. I finally decided to fear no more.
I decided that they had their chance to live, and now it was my turn. I really
wanted to share with others that they too can take control, especially the very
young who sometimes can feel plagued or cursed with what may go on in their
lives that they can't explain. I too was a child who couldn't explain to my
parents why I was ten years old or even sixteen years old and didn't want to
sleep alone in my bed but I took control and it is now my mission to help others
do the same.
